• Browse clothes by category or search for specific items.
• Click "Express Interest" (limited to 10 requests per day).
• Wait for confirmation from the provider.

4. Managing Your Account

Update personal details, change your password, or modify notifications from your profile settings.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Providers are responsible for delivery. Recommended courier services include India Post, DTDC, and Blue Dart.

6. Safety and Guidelines

• Meet in safe, public locations for in-person exchanges.
• Respectful communication is mandatory.
• Donate only clean and wearable clothes.

7. Reporting Issues

Report any issues through the Help Center using "Report a Problem." We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably.
