4. Donation Process

Recipients can express interest in available clothes, and providers will review requests at their discretion. Providers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of delivery. Expressing interest does not guarantee selection.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Abusing or harassing other users.
• Misusing the platform for commercial purposes.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

FreeClothes.in is a non-profit platform facilitating peer-to-peer donations. We are not responsible for the quality, condition, or authenticity of donated clothes, user conduct, or any loss/damage arising from platform usage.
