How It Works

For Providers: Offering Clothes

  1. Sign Up & Log In: As a provider, you can sign up on our platform and create your account. After signing in, you'll be ready to offer your clothes!
  2. Choose the Type of Clothing: You'll be prompted to select whether you want to offer Top Wear or Bottom Wear.
  3. Select Details & Add Description: Choose the category (e.g., Men's, Women's, Unisex, or Kids) and specify the size (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL). You'll need to provide a brief description (max 100 words) of the clothes, such as the brand, condition, or any special details.
  4. Upload Clear Images (2-3): Take a picture of the clothing or select a folder of images to upload. Clear images help recipients get a good idea of what they're expressing interest in.
  5. Offer with Care: Once you've completed these steps, click "Offer Clothes" to post your offer. This action shows you are giving your clothes with thoughtfulness and care.
  6. Confirmation: After submitting, you will receive a thank-you note.
Special Note:

We regret to inform you that, due to limited manpower and funds, as we are a non-profit platform, we currently require your support to send the clothes directly to the recipient at your own expense. However, we promise that once we reach a larger audience and secure sufficient resources, we will be able to offer free doorstep pickup services.

To make the process easier, you can use widely accessible courier services available across the country, such as India Post, DTDC, Blue Dart, and Delhivery.

For Recipients: Requesting Clothes

  1. Browse Available Offers: Explore the available clothes posted by providers. When you find something you like, you can express your interest in receiving it.
  2. Express Your Interest: Click on the item you're interested in and select the "Express Interest" button.
    Note: You must sign in before completing this action.
    Important: You can express interest in a maximum of 10 items per day.
  3. Provide Necessary Details: You will need to fill in a few essential details, including:
    • Your complete and accurate delivery address.
    • A valid and reachable contact number.
    • An optional note for the provider, if needed.
  4. Wait for the Provider's Decision: After submitting your interest, the provider will receive requests from multiple recipients (up to a maximum of 5). They will then review the profiles and select the recipient they feel best aligns with the clothing's value and purpose.
    Please note: There is no guarantee of selection, as the final decision rests with the provider.
  5. Confirmation of Interest: If the provider selects you, you will receive a confirmation message, and the clothes will be on their way! If not, we encourage you to keep exploring other offers.
  6. Show Gratitude: Regardless of the outcome, we encourage you to show gratitude and appreciation towards both the provider and the platform.
